Cancellation Policy/Deposit:

All reservations will require a deposit to complete. Booking customer acknowledges they are at least 21 years of age. Final payment is due 15 days prior to your stay. Pricing includes four persons over the age of 12 unless otherwise specified. If guests are not listed on the agreement they will pay a per person/per night fee.

If cancelling outside of the seven days prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded minus a $10 cancellation fee per site. If cancelling within seven days of the arrival date, no monies will be refunded.
